How to Eat and lose Weight Fast !
Just thinking of loosing weight makes my brain hurt, period.
I mean I could be sitting in front of my TV watching a football game and eating one or three dozens wings and a bag of potato chips, plus two or ten beers. What’s wrong with that !
Oh, let me count the ways. Now you know why my brain hurts.
Weight loss, what a pain in the ass. Why can’t I just ask God for a do over !!!
OK it’s time to lose some weight and I want make this as fast and painless as possible. So I come up with some great ideas to tell my friends a family and I’m finding out that no one likes them. I talked to them about my hamburger diet plan and no one likes it. Then I told them about of instead of three dozen wings I will only eat two, they laugh. And anything about beer, that’s when they fell on the floor laughing.
If you’re going to lose any weight lets start with the mid section, I mean that’s what were talking about anyway. RIGHT !
I decided to give you a couple of things to get you started and things for you to think about.

OK here’s the scoop if you want to lose some weight some things are going to have change. The way we think about food is the problem. Drinking six cokes a day and a few burgers has to stop. I like those burgers and cokes might be a problem, I mean it will be a problem.
In order to lose weight you have to change your mind set. To me this was the first problem because I thought my mind was set in a pretty good place.
Then you ask yourself why I can’t lose belly fat
Now if going to go full gun ho and lose as much weight as fast as you possibility can, then good for you. I myself could never do that. I had to ease myself into it.

First things First
Mind set, You can’t go running around eating junk food each and every day expecting to lose weight. MIND SET.
Put somethings good in you. Change some of those burgers into a salad. I’m not saying eat a salad three times a day, just start eating them and never ever order a double anything again.
Small portions from now on any fast food place period.
Never order large again !!!
OK now lets get into it.
The first thing is WATER, drink it all the time, have a bottle in your hand at all times and when you get tired of drinking water drink some more water. If you get used to drinking water it means less coke or juices. Now I know this is almost impossible, but try to do your best and keep on trying.
Always and I mean always have a large glass of water before every meal.
Not tea or coffee, water, just plain water, 15 min before dinner !
Try to eliminate cokes and soda as much as possible, all together if you can. If you eliminate cokes and soda your weight will drop fast .
Meal portions size is very important if you want to lose weight cut down on the size of your meal, now I know this is hard but after a while it becomes normal.
You can do this and you know you can do this.
When you get hungry after dinner, Water. Drink water before you put anything into your mouth. I can not stress this enough. Water is your go to guy. Feel hungry, water, stressed out, water, mad at the world, water, tired of drinking water, water, start thinking this way and ice water is even better for you.
Losing weight is not easy and everyone cheats.
If you cheat it doesn’t mean you are a bad person or your going to quit.
It means that you acknowledge it and your going to do better the next time
Here are a few simple tips to help you
Remember everything is not going to happen overnight but you have to start somewhere.
- Now I know you have heard of this a million times. WATER. Drink it all the time, but mainly drink it a half hour before your meal.
- Avoid all sugary drinks and fruit juice, plus diet cola.
- Drink tea or coffee, no sugar. I drink a lot of tea no sugar. It took me a long wile to get used to it. But I did.
- Eat whole or unprocessed foods.
- Eat your food slowly.
- Eat a high-protein breakfast as much as you can.
- Weight your self every day this will encourage you on a daily basis.
- Make sure you get a good night sleep every night. This is Very Important !
Cut back on Sugar and Starches * Eat Protein, Fat and vegetables
Foods That Are Good For You
Eggs * Broccoli * Citrus Fruit * Beans * Nuts and Seeds * Berries * Avocados * Leafy Greens * Peppers * Coconut
Foods NOT to Eat When Trying to Lose Weight
Anything made with white flour * Desserts * Buttered popcorn * Cakes and candy * Artificial sweeteners * Coffee w/added cream * Multi-grain bread * Pizza * Sugary cereals
Soda pop such as Coke, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, etc.
Artificial sweeteners (like NutraSweet, Equal, Sweet N Low)
Breads, pastas & baked goods made with white flour
Buttered or Flavored Popcorn
Candy, cakes, cookies, doughnuts and Ice cream
Flavored Water and Flavored yogurt
Milk Chocolate (Dark Chocolate helps you lose weight)
These are only a few of things you should not eat the list goes on and on.
Now I know that there are a lot more things out there that you could learn. God knows and I’m still putting it all together because I’m not a dietitian or nutritionist. I just did what worked best for me. What I do know is that smaller portion size and drinking water is good for you and it will lose your belly fat and weight in general.
