Hi Everyone and Welcome to my Website.


Three years ago I injured my knee playing with my the dog, two weeks after that I slipped on the stairs and cracked my tail bone and three weeks after that the doctors told me I had diabetes.

But on the bright side I found that when you lie around doing nothing for three months I became very good at gaining weight. Yes indeed I was so proud.

Yes this my story and I’m sticking to it.

I couldn’t walk, lay down or sit without being in pain. The only thing I could do was lay in a fetal position and that was it.

You see I was in a world of hurt and I didn’t know how to get out of it. After weeks pain and hurt I was tired of feeling that way. It didn’t seem like I was getting any better with the meds. This had to stop !

I needed to do something and do it now, the only thing I could do was move. Move my body anyway I can. Pain or no pain. I took a bunch of aspirins and tried to do something, anything.

Baby Steps.

That’s right baby steps. Any movement at all on my part was going to help me. This is what I had to do each and everyday. Believe me this was not pretty. As a matter of fact it was down right ugly. But I did it and I didn’t like one bit. It had to be done because I thought I was going to die if I didn’t.

Why I Want To Help People

Loosing weight is not easy, just thought of the words “weight loss” makes me nausea. I mean what’s going to happen to my giant bowl of ice cream every night. What’s a man to do?


You can beat yourself up over this subject and it’s just nothing but a downward spiral from there. Or you can do something about. I want to make this as easy as possible.

Believe Me

If I could talk to God and ask for a do over I would.

Baby Steps


I want to inspire people to accomplish just one small goal a day, weather be in weight loss or giving out encouragement to someone you love or anyone that’s in need of it.

These little task make you and the people around you feel much better about themself’s.

When I started I needed to lose weight badly and I was in a world of hurt and the only way I could accomplish this was by baby steps. Just going to the bathroom was a big deal to me. Any little thing was an accomplishment to me. I’m serious this was how I got started and none of this was pretty. Hopefully it won’t as hard on you to lose weight.


One last thing, I put these two little words everywhere I can in my house, just to remind me of who I am.

“Carpe Diem”, Latin “Seize the day”.

A phrase that comes from the Roman poet Horace, means literally “Pluck the day”, though it’s usually translated as “Seize the day”.

You would be surprise how many people ask me about these two words.
